New 1337 Coding School Campus to Open in Tetouan, Morocco
The Tanger Med Group, through its foundation, announced the opening of the third 1337 Med campus, in January 2022, in the Tetouan Shore business area, near Cabo Negro.
This school built in partnership with the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) and the 42 school is spread over an area of 2,000 m². It will house 3 Clusters, equipped with 210 latest generation iMACs as well as relaxation and meeting spaces, said the Tanger Med Special Agency (TMSA) in a press release.
The center is divided over two levels, the press release specified, noting that the different spaces have been arranged according to the style of the Khouribga and Ben Guerir campuses and offer collaborative, modular spaces, imbued with geek culture in addition to 12,000 m² of sports facilities.
Located at the heart of an industrial ecosystem with high stakes in digital transformation, the 1337 school aims to train around 650 new students in the new campus in the long term.
Interested candidates are invited to take the online test (https://candidature.1337.ma) to apply for the check-in phases as well as the pools, the ultimate step before joining the school, the same source noted, stating that the access age starts from 18 years old, with no diploma or academic level required, in addition to the free training for all.
