"The Witcher" Season 3 Trailer Teases Epic Battles and Moroccan Landscapes

Netflix whets the curiosity of fans with the release of a new trailer for the third season of the hit series The Witcher, scheduled for June 29. This series was partly filmed in Morocco.
At the center of these new episodes is the rise to power of the young sorceress Ciri, while the main protagonist, Geralt of Rivia, must face a series of new challenges and the imminence of his departure.
Once secure, the fortress of Aretuza is now prey to war. Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer find themselves forced to confront monsters and flee the Wild Hunt, a persistent threat to Ciri.
Henry Cavill, who has embodied the Witcher since the beginning of the series, will take his leave at the end of this season. The torch will be taken up by Liam Hemsworth, known for his role in The Hunger Games, starting in season 4.
