Vox Party Calls for Expulsion of Muslim Ceuta Lawmaker Over Abascal Tweet

The Vox spokesperson in the Assembly of Ceuta, Carlos Verdejo, has demanded the "expulsion" to Morocco of the deputy and spokesperson of the Movement for Dignity and Citizenship (MDyC), Fatima Hamed, who tweeted against the president of Vox, Santiago Abascal.
"Shall we declare Santiago Abascal persona non grata?", Fatima Hamed, MDyC deputy in the Ceuta Assembly, posted on her official Twitter account on Monday, reports El Español. Vox’s response did not wait. The spokesperson of the far-right party in the Assembly, Carlos Verdejo, retweeted Fatima Hamed’s tweet, turning the question back to her: "Shall we expel you to Morocco?".

Fatima Hamed, a Moroccan born in Ceuta and a Muslim, made this publication the day after the visit made to Ceuta at the end of May by the president of Vox, after the massive arrival of migrants in the autonomous city. A visit that went wrong.
In the Ceuta Assembly, the Vox deputies and those of the MDyC have had regular clashes during the last sessions.
