Villarreal Eyes $8 Million Bid for Barcelona’s Moroccan Winger Ez Abde
Pushed towards the exit by Barça, Moroccan international Abdessamad El Zalzouli could play for another Spanish club next season. Villarreal would be ready to deposit 8 million euros to acquire his services this summer.
The young Moroccan prodigy has been little used by Xavi during the previous season and his future remains uncertain at the Camp Nou, due to the many announced arrivals in his position.
According to Mundo deportivo, the 20-year-old player interests Villarreal coach Unai Emery, who has been seduced by Abde’s pace and dribbling abilities and has personally asked the management to recruit him. The club is therefore ready to make an offer of 8 million to enlist him this summer.
However, Villareal is not the only Spanish club interested in the Moroccan. CA Osasuna and Real Betis are also in the race, although they are considering a loan for the young player and not a permanent transfer.
