Urgent Appeal: 4-Year-Old Moroccan Burn Victim Needs Evacuation to French Hospital

Orhan Vural, president of the regional council of the Muslim cult of Lower Normandy, has launched an appeal for help to save Reda, a 4-year-old child living in Morocco and burned second-degree. It is urgent to evacuate him to a hospital in Flers.
This little boy from Oujda received boiling water, which caused him serious second and third degree burns over a large part of his body, reports Actu.fr. He is in serious condition and needs to receive significant and urgent care.
Faced with the emergency, Si Hamou Raji, the little Reda’s uncle, who is also president of the Moroccan nationals of Flers, contacted Yves Goasdoué, the mayor of Flers. The latter gave his agreement for the hospitalization of the little boy in Flers. Several steps have already been taken at the level of the chain of hope. The only problem: the French consulate in Morocco is reluctant to grant the visa.
