Turkey to Resume International Flights, Including Routes to Morocco

International flights from Turkey are scheduled for June 10. For this resumption, 40 countries, including Morocco, will be served.
The Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Adil Karaismailoğlu, announced on Thursday the gradual resumption of international flights from June 10. In total, 40 countries will be served, the minister said, specifying that Turkey has already signed preliminary agreements for reciprocal flights with 15 countries, including Morocco. The other countries concerned are: the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Austria, Lithuania, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Albania, Belarus, the United Arab Emirates, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Jordan, Sudan and Italy.
The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Qatar and Greece are opening the ball for the resumption of international flights. The ministry is working in collaboration with the Ministries of Health, Foreign Affairs, Culture and Tourism so that this resumption of international flights takes place in compliance with preventive measures, Karaismailoğlu said.
As for domestic flights, they have resumed in the country since June 1, in accordance with the strategy put in place as part of the fight against the coronavirus.
