Tunisia Launches Repatriation Flights as Morocco Extends Travel Ban Amid Omicron Concerns

Tunisair will operate a repatriation flight for Tunisians stranded in Morocco following the extension of the suspension of air links. The company has received authorization from the Moroccan authorities.
This special flight scheduled for January 21st is the first of a long series, following requests, according to a statement from the company’s management.
To recall, Morocco decided to suspend, on November 29th, all direct passenger flights to the Kingdom due to the spread of the new Omicron variant. This measure has been extended until January 31st.
