TUI France Launches ’Easy Report’ to Reschedule Cancelled Morocco Trips
Travel and tourism multinational TUI France proposes to facilitate the rescheduling of trips for people who had booked a trip to Morocco.
According to lechotouristique.com, the tour operator offers a simplified formula to reassure customers and facilitate the management of rescheduling for travel agents. To date, it has repatriated more than 10,000 clients in Morocco, Senegal, Cape Verde, the Dominican Republic, chartering 27 planes in the process. It is also preparing for the resumption by launching "Easy Report".
This new offer aims to "easily allow all travelers to go on vacation under the same conditions as their cancelled trips, without having to spend more".
In addition, TUI France offers "the same vacation, next year at the same guaranteed price, valid until July 31, 2020", based on the government ordinance of March 25, 2020.
This offer concerns all clients of the tour operator whose individual package trip has been cancelled (to date, for all departures until June 12, 2020 inclusive). For TUI France, clients who would prefer another alternative for their next vacation can reschedule their initial reservations on another proposal.
With this "thoughtful" offer, the tour operator wants to reassure customers at a time when uncertainty still hangs over the possibility or not of traveling abroad this summer, and where the government is urging the French to wait before booking their summer vacation.
