TUI Fly to Resume Morocco Flights, Expand to 72 Destinations in July

As air traffic is timidly resuming, the low-cost airline TUI Fly announces the resumption of its flights to Morocco and other destinations in July.
The aircraft of the Dutch company are operating some occasional flights (Faro, Dubrovnik) during this month of June but the effective resumption of activity is set for July 1st. In total, 55 destinations will be served the first week, 66 the following week and 72 as of July 17, specifies L’Echo. As for flights to the Caribbean (Dominican Republic, Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico), they will not be operated until July 9.
The head of TUI Fly for Western Europe, Günther Hofman, hopes for the lifting of bans to Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt. These destinations represent 30% of the normal flight program.
The resumption of TUI Fly flights from the four regional airports is also scheduled for July. Thus, the company will operate flights from Charleroi to Murcia (Spain) and Oujda (Morocco), as well as from Ostend to Majorca starting July 3; from Antwerp (Ibiza and Split) from July 10 and from Liège to Malaga, Alicante and Kayseri (Turkey), on July 17.
