TUI Fly Resumes Morocco Flights as Country Reopens Airspace

Following the announcement of the reopening of Moroccan airspace, the airline TUI Fly has decided to resume its flights to and from Morocco starting February 8.
As of February 8, TUI fly will resume its program of 12 routes departing from Brussels National, Charleroi and Antwerp, to nine Moroccan airports: Tangier, Casablanca, Agadir, Rabat, Marrakech, Nador, Tetouan, Oujda and Al Hoceima. The airline will offer 25 weekly frequencies.
On Thursday, the Moroccan government announced the reopening of the airspace that had been closed since November 29, 2021 to flights departing and arriving in Morocco from February 7. "This decision is in accordance with the legal provisions relating to the management of the state of health emergency and following the recommendations of the scientific and technical commission and taking into account the evolution of the epidemiological situation in the kingdom," it said in a statement.
