Transavia France Resumes Flights to Five Moroccan Cities Amid COVID-19 Restrictions

The airline Transavia France announced the resumption of its flights to and from Morocco as of this Wednesday, August 26, in compliance with the travel restrictions related to the coronavirus. In total, five Moroccan cities will be served.
"We are resuming our flights to and from Morocco from Orly starting August 26. Airports served: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir and Oujda. Specific conditions apply to travelers," the French low-cost airline wrote on its Twitter account.
The flights will be operated between Transavia’s base at Paris-Orly and the airports of Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir and Oujda. The company specifies that seats will be available by the end of October on three weekly rotations to Casablanca and Rabat, seven to Marrakech, up to six to Agadir and up to five to Oujda.
Moroccan citizens and foreign citizens in Morocco are concerned by these flights. The immediate family members (spouses and children) of these are also authorized to enter Moroccan territory, only upon presentation of a certificate that will be issued to them by the Moroccan Consulate in France, the company said in a press release.
Travelers will also have to present a negative PCR test less than 48 hours old, a serological test for all passengers from the age of 12 and a completed and printed health form before boarding.
