Three people were killed, Sunday, December 29, crushed by a passenger train as they tried to cross the railway tracks, at the level of the Ouled Malek bridge in Bouskoura.
The 3 people, two women and an infant, were surprised by the arrival of the train, coming from the city of Marrakech and heading to Casablanca, at an unsecured level crossing.
The elements of civil protection and the Royal Gendarmerie went to the scene of the tragedy. An investigation has been opened to determine the circumstances of the accident.
Last October, an ONCF train, on the Marrakech-Casablanca line, had derailed near the Bouskoura station, without causing any casualties.
