Tragic Death of Young Boxer During Moroccan Kickboxing Championship
As he was facing his opponent as part of the regional kickboxing championship organized in Fnideq by the League of the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region for full contact and kickboxing, a young boxer in his twenties died in the ring.
Boxing enthusiasts in Morocco are in mourning. A young boxer in his twenties lost his life after receiving a fatal blow from his opponent in the ring during a kickboxing fight, reports Alyaoum24. The tragedy occurred during the regional kickboxing championship organized in Fnideq by the League of the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region for full contact and kickboxing.
The boxer’s body was transported to the Mohammed VI hospital in M’diq. The tournament was suspended and the hall hosting the competition was closed by the authorities. The death of the young boxer led to the opening of an investigation. Investigators are working to determine the exact circumstances of this tragic event. The opponent, author of the fatal blow, has already been questioned.
