Tragic Accident Claims Lives of 4 Moroccan Football Club Reporters En Route to Match

The CODM (Omnisports Club of Meknes) football club is in mourning. Its reporters died on Sunday in a serious accident while accompanying their club to Kasba Tadla.
The accident occurred in the early afternoon in the rural area of Driouech. The 5 staff members were heading to Kasba Tadla to cover a match for the 11th round of the amateur championship when their vehicle overturned.
Four reporters did not survive the impact, while their colleague was taken to the hospital in critical condition. His prognosis would be engaged. Among the victims are two fervent CODM supporters, Anouar Abourha and Amine Hafid.
Volunteer reporters of a club that has marked the history of national football, the victims regularly ensured the live broadcast of their team’s matches.
