Teachers Critically Injured in Head-On Collision Near Settat, Morocco

A violent collision between a light vehicle and a pickup truck occurred this Saturday, a few kilometers from Settat. The vehicle of the three young women was hit head-on as they were on their way to work.

Seriously injured, the three victims as well as a young child were evacuated in serious condition to the Settat hospital, reports the Akhbarona website, adding that their prognosis is not, however, engaged.

The elements of the Royal Gendarmerie went to the scene to ease traffic, which was blocked for several hours, the media indicates. An investigation has also been opened under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
