Tangier Police Arrest Motorcycle Stuntman for Dangerous Riding and Social Media Stunts

"Rubio," the young man who became known for his reckless driving and the circulation of footage showing his acrobatic stunts, is no longer free to move about. He was arrested by the police in Tangier.

Charges related to acrobatic driving, endangering citizens’ safety, as well as inciting and encouraging the spread of this type of video on social media platforms are being brought against him.

Rubio "organized tours gathering dozens of motorcycle riders, during which they performed acrobatic stunts in the middle of city streets, in clear violation of traffic laws and endangering citizens’ lives."

Pending the conclusion of the investigation, the young man has been placed in custody.
