According to him, the provision of air conditioning services is stipulated in the specifications with the company whose contract has expired. The elected official deplores the fact that the contract has been extended for a transitional period "without us being informed of the conditions of this extension".

The official also criticizes "the absence of the monitoring and control commission chaired by the mayor of the city". "We have all talked a lot as elected officials about the preparations for the summer since May, and the need to provide appropriate services for this period," he added.
