Suspicious Fire Kills Mother of 3 at Lover’s Apartment in Khenifra, 9 Questioned

This mother of 3 children was there in the company of her lover, when a fire broke out in the middle of the night, reports the Achkayen site, specifying that the 42-year-old woman did not survive the incident.

For the moment, the investigation is following several leads, adds the same source, even if the hypothesis of a settling of scores remains favored. In total, 9 people, including the owners of the apartment and the building, have been summoned by the investigators.

The neighborhood was cordoned off by the police, while an autopsy was ordered by the Attorney General, in order to determine the exact causes of death.
