Most Moroccan workers say they are not fulfilled at work. According to a survey conducted by ReKrute, only 18% of them find some satisfaction in it.
For the majority of respondents aged over 22, a higher salary, more interesting positions and the respect of the work-life balance are needed for them to feel fulfilled at work. According to the survey report, the Covid-19 crisis has accentuated this feeling of discomfort at work among many Moroccans.
"Are Moroccans happy at work?" Only 18% answered yes to this question. 44% of respondents admitted to enjoying going to work, while for the remaining 56%, they say they do it for the form and derive no satisfaction from it. The same survey revealed that 57% of Moroccan employees expressed a desire to resign, while 41% are willing to stay if all their expectations are met.
