Survey: Moroccan Households Report Improved Health Services in 2020

The results of a survey published by the High Commission for Planning (HCP) revealed that Moroccan households have changed their opinion on the quality of health services in 2020. They would have improved greatly during the year 2020 compared to 2019.
According to this study, about 60.2% of households were critical of health services compared to 11.4% who spoke of some improvement. Whereas in 2019, the rate was 68.3% and 6.9% respectively. The HCP reports that the balance related to this indicator went from -61.4 points in 2019 to -48.9 points in 2020.
The same survey revealed that in 2020, 57.1% of households noted an improvement in the quality of administrative services compared to 16.5% who perceive its deterioration. Regarding the human rights situation, 41.8% of Moroccan households think that the situation has improved, compared to 30.8% recorded in 2019.
As for the quality of education services, the survey stressed that 49.4% against 20.5% of households noted a deterioration. This survey allows the HCP to measure the quality of services benefiting Moroccans.
