Study: Moroccan Workers Need 216 Years to Earn $1 Million, Gulf Nations Far Faster

An American website has published statistics on the number of years of work that citizens of certain countries, including Morocco, need to become millionaires (in dollars) based on their monthly salary.
In the Arab world, the Gulf countries are at the top of the list, according to the American website Picodi, which specializes in statistics. The Qatari employee must earn one million dollars in 21 years and 3 months, the Emirati in 23 years and 9 months, the Omani in 38 years, the Kuwaiti and the Saudi in 41 years.

In Morocco, an employee will be able to accumulate one million US dollars in 216 years, while the Tunisian needs 283 years and the Algerian 312 years of work to accumulate this amount. The Egyptian citizen must, for his part, work 603 years to receive one million dollars in monthly salary. At the bottom of the scale, we find Syria and Lebanon. The Syrian must work more than a thousand years to receive one million dollars.
