Struggling Moroccan Midfielder Amrabat Set for Serie A Move from Club Brugge

Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat is no longer welcome at Club Brugge. The reason is his poor performance last season, which failed to convince its managers.
The Moroccan midfielder is being pushed towards the exit by the Belgian club’s management. With 28 championship matches played without convincing, the native of Blacirum, in the Netherlands, is sidelined on the bench of the Club Brugge club by his coach.
Now, his career could continue in the Italian championship. Thus, an agreement would be in the process of being concluded with the Italian club Hellas Verona, promoted this season to Serie A. Once enrolled in the squad of said club, Amrabat should indeed be loaned for a season, with a purchase option of three million euros.
Thanks to this new Italian experience, the young 22-year-old Moroccan, whose parents are from the Rif, could very quickly find the path of the green grass and put his experience at the service of this club.
Sofyan Amrabat started his career very young in the same club where his big brother Nordin made his debut, the HSV de Zuidvogels. Having chosen to line up on the Moroccan bench, he participated in the 2013 U17 World Cup with the Atlas Lions, before being called up by Hervé Renard in 2017. The Moroccan framework has also taken part in the Russian World Cup and even participated in the first match against Iran.
