Spanish Town Rallies to Help Repatriate Body of 4-Year-Old Cancer Victim to Morocco

The town of Cúllar (Granada) is mobilizing to help the family of Taha, a 4-year-old Moroccan boy who died of cancer that he had been battling for about two years, to repatriate his body to Morocco to bury him with dignity.
The municipality and Muslim associations in Cullar are supporting the grieving family in these difficult times. The town hall has published on its social networks the account number on which financial contributions can be made for Taha’s family so that his body can be repatriated to Morocco, reports Ideal.es.
The minor’s parents are devastated. The mayor of the municipality, Ana Belén Martínez, hopes that the fundraising campaign launched will allow them to fulfill their wish to bury their son in Morocco. The family, who have another son, Taha’s elder, is very appreciated and integrated into the city, said the mayor. "It was a very complicated year, his death touched us all. We are with them in this grief."
