Spanish Supreme Court Bans Polisario Flag in Public Spaces

The Spanish Supreme Court has banned the use of the Polisario flag in the public sphere. A blow to the Front.
According to the decision of the Spanish Supreme Court, there will no longer be "unofficial" flags or any form of political expression inside or outside public buildings.
The text indicates that the use of flags, banners or unofficial symbols, such as that of the Polisario, in public buildings and spaces, is not "compatible with the current constitutional and legal framework" or with the "duty of objectivity and neutrality of the Spanish administrations," reports the MAP.
In other words, the Polisario flag cannot coexist "with the flag of Spain and the others legally or statutorily instituted," the Supreme Court ruling specifies.
