Spanish Police Hunt Moroccan Suspect in Drug Trafficking Case

A man of Moroccan origin is actively being sought by the Spanish police who suspect him of drug trafficking.
The suspect fled after threatening the owner of the apartment where he resides in Picarral (Zaragoza) with a blank pistol, who had come to demand the rent arrears he owed her. He jumped out the window when he heard the siren of the national police vehicles that had been alerted by the owner, reports Heraldo.

On arrival at the scene, the agents inspected the Moroccan’s apartment and found a kilo of marijuana as well as two young people consuming this drug. After a thorough search of the apartment, the agents also found cannabis, suggesting that the suspect was using the residence as a drug distribution point.
