Spanish Police Arrest Moroccan Suspect Linked to ISIS Recruitment Network

The Spanish police announced the arrest of a Moroccan suspected of having links with the terrorist group Daesh and living in northeastern Spain.
According to police sources, the individual is involved in a network of recruitment and indoctrination of terrorists for Daesh, mainly through social media, adding that his arrest was made possible thanks to the intelligence provided by the Directorate General of Territorial Surveillance (DGST).
The accused also maintains regular contacts with terrorists based in conflict zones in the Middle East, the statement also points out, according to which he was praising the terrorist group "Islamic State" by relaying jihadist content, as well as executions committed by Daesh on social networks.
