Spanish Police Arrest Moroccan Man Suspected of ISIS Ties in Málaga

The Spanish National Police arrested this Tuesday morning in Manilva, in the Málaga region, a Moroccan national for his alleged membership in a terrorist group.
The 27-year-old Moroccan is also accused by the police services of glorifying terrorism, the Spanish Ministry informs in a press release, according to which "the arrested man has sworn allegiance and obedience to Daesh and its caliph, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi".
Furthermore, the man is suspected of wanting to go to Syria to join the terrorist group, it is further stated.
In recent months, the young man has been very active on social networks "testifying to his determination and adherence" to Daesh’s theses, in addition to "maintaining very close contacts with fighters currently in Syria".
