Spanish Police Arrest Moroccan Man Linked to ISIS, Plotting Attacks in Andalusia

A Moroccan national was arrested last weekend in Algeciras by the Spanish police for his alleged connection with the terrorist organization, Daesh.
According to the website El faro de Ceuta, the 51-year-old individual was unemployed and participated in discussion groups on social networks related to the Daesh Organization. His phone contained videos on the manufacture of weapons and explosives and on the use of bladed weapons.
In his discussions with other members of the groups, the man, who pledged allegiance to the leader of the Islamic Organization by posting his photos on social networks, has committed to liberating Andalusia.
The Moroccan national was taken into custody, at the disposal of the investigation, led by the Attorney General’s Office, in order to determine the possible ramifications of the network.
