Spain Tightens Visa Requirements for Moroccan Travelers Amid Border Restrictions

Moroccan travelers to Spain are invited to go to the Schengen Visa Application Processing Office for Spain, located in Rabat and open since March 1, 2021, announced BLS in a press release published on its website.
According to BLS, only "persons already holding a visa of at least one year and whose expiration date is after 12.31.2018" will be able to apply for a visa. However, the structure reminds that entry into Spain is only authorized in very specific cases "due to the current mobility restrictions."
For BLS, "the visas issued can only be used after the reopening of the borders." Furthermore, visa applications can only be made 6 months before the date of travel.
