Spain Relaxes COVID Entry Rules for Non-EU Tourists, Including Moroccans

Unvaccinated Moroccan travelers and other non-EU nationals can now enter Spain by simply presenting a negative test.
Since Saturday, May 21, 2022, Spain has eased the entry conditions for unvaccinated tourists who do not come from the European Union. In a press release, the Spanish Ministry of Transport announced that they are now allowed to enter Spanish territory with a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure for Spain or an antigen test taken within the previous 24 hours.
Prior to the easing of entry conditions, travelers from outside the European Union could access Spanish territory with proof of vaccination or recovery from Covid-19.
