Spain Organizes Ferry Repatriation for Citizens Stranded in Morocco

The Spanish Embassy in Morocco has announced that two waves of repatriation of Spaniards and Spanish residents stranded in Morocco, via Trasmediterránea ferries, are scheduled for July 9 and 10 at 2:00 p.m., from Tangier to the port of Algeciras.
"On July 9 and 10, the Spanish Embassy in Morocco and the Spanish Consulates General in Morocco are organizing new ships with Trasmediterránea, from Tangier to the port of Algeciras for Spaniards and Spanish residents," the embassy said in a tweet.
Pedestrians and travelers holding vehicles registered in the European Union are concerned by these operations, according to El Faro de Ceuta.
The Spanish Embassy in Morocco has also invited those concerned to register on the ships by filling out the online registration form via the link: https://www.trasmediterranea.es/es/viaje-tanger-algeciras.
For its part, the shipping company, which organized the ferries of June 26 and 27, from Tangier to the port of Algeciras, specified that the deadline for receiving registrations is July 5 at 2:00 p.m. Moroccan time.
