Spain Expels Moroccan Man with Long Criminal Record After Multiple Arrests

The Spanish justice system has ordered the expulsion of a Moroccan arrested in mid-June in the municipality of Cocentaina (Alicante) for various offenses.
The Moroccan was arrested on June 22 by the local police of Cocentaina, in possession of a firearm and a knife that he used to threaten his victims. He had already been arrested in January for a suspected theft offense and has a long criminal record.
On July 11, he was arrested again, which led the police to initiate administrative procedures for his expulsion from the national territory, reports El Periodic. Another Moroccan was also arrested on Wednesday for a suspected theft crime. The Foreigners Brigade also processed his file for expulsion.
