Sound Energy Extends Gas Deal with Morocco’s ONHYM for Tendrara Project

The British company Sound Energy has extended its binding gas sale and purchase agreement (the "GSA") concerning the development of phase 2 of the Tendrara production concession with the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM).
Sound Energy and the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water (ONEE) have agreed to a 90-day extension of the GSA agreement, after progress has been made, particularly in the preparation of the pipeline entry into force agreements, term sheets, the British company announced. The latter will have to deliver up to 350 million cubic meters of natural gas per year for 10 years to the Maghreb-Europe gas pipeline (GME) under this agreement between ONEE and Sound Energy. The British company adds that other announcements will be made, if necessary, in due course.
