Snapchat Hack Exposes Private Photos of North African Women, Sparking Privacy Concerns

Hackers are said to have taken over the social media accounts of many young Moroccan and Algerian women. Compromising photos would even be out in the open.
Girls, you have been warned. A Moroccan IT specialist has just revealed that many social media accounts, especially Snapchat, have been hacked. As a result, intimate and sometimes compromising photos of Moroccan and Algerian women, and sometimes young teenagers, have been circulated on photo-sharing websites.
In addition to the photos, the full names of the young women, as well as their contact information, have also been released, and some are even selling the photos and videos found on the phones.
The specialist advises young women to be careful about what they share on social media, warning them against keeping intimate photos on their smartphones.
