Sevilla Striker Munir El Haddadi Vows to Fight FIFA Ruling, Pursue Morocco Dream

The rejection by FIFA of Munir El Haddadi’s request for a change of sporting nationality does not slow down the ardor of the Spanish-Moroccan player.
It takes more than that to discourage the Sevilla FC striker who, despite FIFA’s refusal, does not give up his dream of being part of the Moroccan national team. A few hours after the decision, he addressed a message to FIFA on social media. "I won’t give up and I’ll keep working to wear this jersey and represent the Moroccan team!".
The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has decided to urgently appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport against the decision of the player’s status commission. Munir El Haddadi, who had already joined the Atlas Lions, because he was called up by Vahid Halilhodzic for the two friendly matches against Senegal and the DRC, had to return to Spain to join his club.
