Sevilla FC Eyes Moroccan Star Ziyech in Bold Free Transfer Move

The football club of FC Seville would have reached an agreement in principle to recruit the Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech. The 32-year-old player, free from any contract, could join the team outside the official transfer period, as allowed by the regulations of the Spanish Liga.
The agreement would be for a one-year contract, with an additional year option depending on the player’s performance. However, the finalization of the transfer is subject to a condition: the departure of a player from the current squad to free up one of the 25 regulatory positions. The team’s third goalkeeper, Álvaro Fernández, would be the designated candidate for this departure.
For FC Seville, this recruitment aims to strengthen its offensive sector with an experienced player, while the club is looking to improve its results. Other teams, such as Elche, would also be interested in the Moroccan’s profile. For his part, Hakim Ziyech hopes to relaunch his career in Europe and regain a place in the national team after passages deemed disappointing in Turkey and Qatar.
This potential transfer comes at a difficult time for the player, who is without a club and has seen his market value drop in recent seasons, to the point of being excluded from the Moroccan national team.
