Search Intensifies for Missing Man in Ceuta as Mother Fears Foul Play

Mohamed Ali has been missing since last Thursday, January 13. His mother, Asma Mohamed, is convinced that he is in Ceuta and that "something has happened to him".
"That day he promised he would come pick me up from work, as usual, but I didn’t see him... I don’t know if he is being subjected to violence, but I won’t stop until I find him because I’m 100% sure my son is in Ceuta. I don’t know if he is being held, but I remain convinced that something has happened to him," said Asma Mohamed to El Faro de Ceuta.
Mohamed’s 47-year-old mother has not given up despite the unsuccessful searches so far. "We will continue the search..." she assures, noting that her son had never disappeared before. "I was in constant contact with him or his brothers. I made 10 to 20 calls a day because I needed to talk to him," she confides.

Asma also denounces the rumors about the reasons for her son’s disappearance, circulating on social media. "Instead of supporting me or helping me find my son, they prefer to insinuate that my husband expelled him from the house or hit him, when his father has not been in Ceuta for months... There are people who have no heart," the mother of Mohamed is outraged.
The young man is 1.95 meters tall and weighs about 70 kilos. On the day of his disappearance, he was wearing black pants, a sweatshirt, sports shoes of the same color and a fluorescent gray jacket.
