Schalke 04 Fines Moroccan Star Amine Harit for Breaking COVID-19 Lockdown Rules
Schalke 04 has imposed a sanction on the Moroccan international, Amine Harit who had violated the confinement by going to a shisha bar with 9 other people during the night of March 19 to 20.
Amine Harit is paying the price for his misconduct. He will have to pay a heavy fine for being caught in flagrante delicto of a night outing in a shisha bar near Gelsenkirchen, on the night of March 19 to 20. This behavior constitutes a violation of the mandatory confinement declared in Germany.
In a statement to the DPA agency, Jochen Schneider, sports director of the Ruhr club, confirmed that the Moroccan international will have to pay a heavy fine for non-compliance with the confinement. The midfield player of the Royal Blues will have to pay the fine to a Schalke 04 supporters’ association.
