The Irish airline has included Agadir among eleven new destinations in its winter program departing from Gdańsk. The route to Agadir will allow travelers from northern Poland to reach the Moroccan Atlantic coast directly during winter, without passing through Warsaw, Krakow or a foreign airport. It thus expands the destination’s recruitment area among a developing European market.

Ryanair will support this opening by allocating two additional aircraft to its Gdańsk base. The number of planes stationed there will increase from four to six, for an announced investment of 600 million dollars.

The low-cost airline will offer a total of 37 routes from Gdańsk during winter 2026, including eleven new ones. It plans 300,000 additional seats, bringing its offer to 1.3 million places, a 31% increase compared to the previous winter season.
