Ryanair Resumes Morocco Flights as Country Reopens Airspace Amid COVID Restrictions

Ryanair has announced the resumption of its flights to Morocco, starting with the reopening on February 7 of the Moroccan airspace, which had been closed since November 29 to limit the spread of the new Covid-19 variant, Omicron.
Ryanair had suspended all its flights to Morocco in January due to travel restrictions related to the health crisis. As of the reopening of air borders on February 7, the low-cost airline will resume its flights between Beauvais and Marrakech on February 8, it said on its website, without giving further details on its flight schedule to and from the kingdom.
The Irish low-cost carrier has also planned gift cards for its customers, "a few days before the most romantic event of the year". The company offers "the ideal last-minute gift" for those "looking to impress their loved one for Valentine’s Day". "Fly to the romantic destination of your choice from Ryanair’s network of over 230 destinations in 37 countries" for only €25, it announced on its website.
