Ryanair to Launch Twice-Weekly Flights from Clermont-Ferrand to Fez, Morocco

Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport will serve a new destination in Morocco next fall. In charge, the airline Ryanair.
Starting in the fall, Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airport will be connected to Fez, announced Hervé Bonin, the new director. The airline Ryanair will operate two weekly flights, according to La Montagne. Tickets have been on sale since Wednesday. In addition to this line, the airport intends to relaunch the link with Orly.
"We are discussing with Amelia and other companies for this line," says Hervé Bonin. "And we are conducting a study (with the mixed union of the airport and Objectif capitales) to understand the needs and complementarity between Orly and Roissy. We want to precisely grasp what has changed with the crisis, particularly for companies and their travel policies."
The airport also plans to reactivate air links with London and Amsterdam in the medium term. "It is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain slots in Amsterdam, but we will work to regain a service to a second international hub, in addition to Roissy, from Clermont," assures the airport director.
