Ryanair Expands Morocco Service with New Route to Béni Mellal Airport

The airline Ryanair has just announced the launch of a new route to and from Béni Mellal airport.
The issue of strengthening Ryanair’s routes was discussed during a meeting held on Tuesday at the headquarters of the Wilaya of the region between local authorities and airline officials. During this meeting, the Wali of the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region, Khatib El Hebil, gave a presentation on the tourism potential and infrastructure available in the region, which make it one of the preferred destinations for tourists.
For the official, "the existence of a large Moroccan community abroad and the strategic location of Béni Mellal airport, located in the center of a group of urban hubs at the regional and neighboring regional levels, is a strong point to stimulate air transport, if the company offers encouraging and competitive prices," reports Le Matin.
For his part, the Ryanair director indicated that the management intends to hold a series of meetings with the actors in the region to assess all the possibilities. He announced that the company aims to launch flights to and from Béni Mellal airport as early as next October.
