On the run in Morocco, a trafficker plans a bloody vendetta in France

On the run in Morocco, a drug trafficker has planned a vendetta. While his target, in France, escaped him after five assassination attempts, two of the latter’s relatives have lost their lives.

Akim A. (alias Kimo), originally from Garges-lès-Gonesse, presented as a rival from the housing projects, wants to eliminate Abel B., 25 years old. A settling of scores against a backdrop of drug trafficking. While he is on the run in Morocco, under an international arrest warrant, he has planned the assassination of Abel through Guy B. (alias Mareo Scarla), reports Paris Match. The latter recruits young hitmen to do the job in his place.

In the night of October 24 to 25, Abel escaped an assassination attempt. His vehicle was riddled with bullets (eleven) while it was parked in the parking lot of a service station in Villiers-le-Bel (Val-d’Oise), reports Le Parisien. He was in the company of two women around 27 years old. It was the fifth assassination attempt in three years. As in the previous assassination attempts, he survived.

Alerted by the gunshots, the police managed to intercept the two vehicles. The assailant is a 23-year-old young man. Already known to the police, he was arrested and taken into custody as part of an investigation for attempted murder in an organized gang, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen goods. Adel B. and his friends were also questioned. The Specialized Inter-Regional Court (Jirs) of Paris will rule on this case.

Abel’s relatives were not so lucky. His brother Amine, 26, died in March 2022 in Garges-lès-Gonesse, presumably in his place, during an assassination attempt. The following year, in March again, it was his father-in-law Mostapha, 57, who was shot dead at his home with a bullet to the throat, we learn.
