Royal Air Maroc Unveils Major Overhaul: New Uniforms and Enhanced Customer Service

A small revolution within Royal Air Maroc (RAM), both for the staff and for the customers. The national airline has renewed the wardrobe of its staff and reformed the services offered to its passengers.

From now on, nothing will be the same at RAM. New innovations have been introduced to improve the image of the airline. According to the CEO of Royal Air Maroc, Hamid Addou, it is "a breath of fresh air and optimism" inspired by Moroccan and African culture. The staff will wear a different type of uniform starting this September. Everything is being done to give travelers more reasons to choose Royal Air Maroc without hesitation, through state-of-the-art customer service with innovations.

According to Hamid Addou, "the launch of new uniforms is always a major event for an airline, as it is a strong sign of renewal and an important marker of its image and values". He emphasizes that the company is reinventing itself by "aiming for the highest standards in the industry, as demonstrated by our membership in the OneWorld excellence club".

According to the officials, the 2022 uniforms of Royal Air Maroc were inspired by the Moroccan landscape with motifs of decorative mosaics and distinctive cuts from the regional cultural and artisanal heritage, as well as the color "amethyst", the new visual signature of the brand. From now on, it will be easy for everyone to distinguish and identify the staff through the variants of its new wardrobe.

Once on board its aircraft, it is a service that combines comfort and satisfaction of the traveler’s requirements that is offered by a staff trained for the task and willing to give their best. "A new, brighter and more harmonious cabin atmosphere, and completely renovated transit spaces aim to ensure travelers a more qualitative experience".

On board, there are now services such as the Child Kit and the Comfort Kits that have been completely improved. Also, "the IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) offer has been diversified in terms of streaming and the content of the SKY RAM and SKY PRESS platforms has been enriched and strengthened by online services such as RAM Assistant, E-Skyshop, E-Upgrade, Cash&Miles and Pack Family", said the CEO of the company.
