Royal Air Maroc Pilots Await Court Decision on November 25

The pilots of Royal Air Maroc, gathered within the Moroccan Association of Airline Pilots (AMPL), will be informed of their fate on November 25 next, in the case that opposes them to the national carrier. This is what the court of first instance of Casablanca has decided, adjourning the case for a reserved judgment.
The pleadings expected by the defense of the Royal Air Maroc pilots, Me Mohamed Mrini and Me Mohamed Oubraym, will rather take place in written proceedings, reports Le360.
In its complaint from last September, RAM’s defense, represented by the Bassamat & Laraqui firm, had demanded the dissolution of the AMPL and the nullity of all the agreements signed between the pilots’ association and the airline. This request from the defense had received a favorable opinion from the public prosecutor.
At the trial on November 4, the AMPL’s defense had wished to involve the Ministry of Tourism and Air Transport at the next hearing in order to prevail.
