Royal Air Maroc launches new flights, including one to Lille

This is the concrete start of a major commercial offensive. Since this Monday morning, travelers can purchase their tickets for Royal Air Maroc’s future routes. This commercial launch materializes a "global connectivity" strategy that will see the airline connect Casablanca to diverse metropolises such as Bilbao, Tripoli or Los Angeles in the coming months.

This massive deployment marks a break from the consolidation phase observed in recent years. While the company has integrated about ten aircraft and opened twenty new routes since 2023, the year 2026 symbolizes, according to CEO Hamid Addou, the crossing of a "new stage". It is no longer just a matter of strengthening the existing, but of firmly establishing the Casablanca hub as an essential gateway between continents, relying on the upcoming arrival of new long-haul aircraft.

The operational schedule is now set. After the opening of St. Petersburg in January, a wave of launches is planned as early as April 2026 with five destinations: Pointe-Noire, Tripoli, Beirut, Bilbao and Alicante. The summer will be marked by the addition of Verona (June) and Lille (July), as well as the highly anticipated inauguration of the line to Los Angeles. In parallel, frequencies to strategic hubs like São Paulo, Miami, Washington and Dubai will be intensified.
