Royal Air Maroc to Join Oneworld Alliance in March 2020, Boosting Global Network

Royal Air Maroc will join the Oneworld Alliance as early as March 2020. It was unanimously chosen by the member companies of the Alliance, last Tuesday.
RAM is delighted with this vote which recognizes the importance of the projects undertaken by the national company since December 2018. Among these essential projects for its effective integration into the Alliance is the migration of its booking class structure in accordance with the standards applied within the member companies of the Alliance as well as the alignment of its loyalty programs with the Oneworld standards, informs a RAM press release.
It should be noted that the company has launched a vast training program for all its teams, both at the airport and call center level as well as in the commercial agencies and on board the aircraft. The objective is to work on the professionalization of its teams for better services.
Before voting for the company’s integration, the Alliance audited the company’s security systems and confirmed that they were in line with the best practices it recommends, the same source said.
