Royal Air Maroc Flight Ranked Worst in Long-Haul Economy, Citing Poor Service and Cleanliness

A long-haul flight of Royal Air Maroc in economy class was ranked last this Friday, October 30 by the American site "The Points Guy", a specialist in air travel. It is criticized for its poor service and catering with almost inedible meals.
The national airline obtained the lowest score in this ranking. The investigations were carried out by Benet Wilson, a journalist from the American site. She boarded a Casablanca-Washington long-haul flight of RAM. Upon entering the plane, her first observations were oriented towards the hygiene on board. She found that the plane was not clean enough.
To this observation are also added the narrowness of the seats and the lack of wifi to watch the film programs offered by RAM. For the "The Points Guy" journalist, it was the worst flight she had ever taken.
Another grievance against the company concerns the meals and drinks served on board. As for the meal, a vegetable dish and chicken, it was "oversalted". The meal was "drier than the Sahara desert," she lamented. For the meal service, Benet Wilson gave a score of 2/15. Regarding the drinks, the journalist was deprived of the requested white wine from the flight attendants. Her successive calls to demand more water were in vain. Worse, she was pushed back from the kitchen to her seat when she got up to demand it.
In short, she only benefited from a dinner, two coffees and two water services throughout the trip. "It is unacceptable for any airline, regardless of class," the journalist hammered. This treatment during the journey earned Royal Air Maroc a meager 2 points.
