Royal Air Maroc Expands Flight Network for Moroccan Diaspora Summer Return

In view of the Marhaba 2022 operation dedicated to Moroccans Residing Abroad (MREs), Royal Air Maroc will provide six million seats on 80 air routes worldwide.
The Moroccan airline plans to cover nearly 90% of its pre-health crisis network, by restoring several routes that were closed during the period, as well as opening new routes, said the CEO of the national company, Hamid Addou.
Speaking at a conference organized by the House of Advisors on the arrangements made as part of the Marhaba operation, Addou recalled the measures taken by Royal Air Maroc to ensure the successful transportation of Moroccans abroad during the summer, specifying that the company will provide more than 2.2 million seats on the European continent, which hosts the largest share of the Moroccan community.
In parallel, RAM will also strengthen its network in Africa, the Middle East and North America, said the official, according to whom the demand during this period far exceeds the air transport supply, which has led the national company to strengthen its fleet to ensure an intensive flight program under the best conditions.
In addition, a set of offers and facilities has been deployed to respond to the request of MREs for a standard and sustainable product with a very reasonable price for families residing abroad, allowing a 20% reduction in the overall price, he stressed.
