Royal Air Maroc and Emirates Expand Global Reach with New Code-Sharing Agreement

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) and Emirates are strengthening their commercial cooperation by signing a code-sharing partnership on flights between Casablanca and Dubai as well as to 219 combined destinations.
The new partnership will offer customers of the two airlines more ways to book and connect their travel between the networks of the two airlines, according to a RAM press release, which states that it will offer more competitive fares for a single ticket, multiple routes and baggage transfers to their final destination.
Emirates will offer its customers 17 Moroccan destinations, other than Casablanca, as well as 63 international destinations, including a vast network in North Africa, West Africa and Central Africa covering 25 cities.
As for Royal Air Maroc customers, they will be able to access Emirates’ vast network which, in addition to the Dubai hub, has more than 130 destinations including 60 cities in the Middle East, the United States, West Asia and the Far East.
Thus, from the end of this month, the new code-sharing flights will be marketed on the websites of the two companies (royalairmaroc.com and emirates.com) and their commercial agencies, as well as with traditional travel agencies and online sales platforms.
